I might take the above suggestion and agree to it, get everything off (like some of the stuff in my scrapbook I'd marked as private) and then nuke it. I do like the idea of NOT having 15 years of my life on Russian servers.

I'm going back and forth with myself on that question too. Never really bothered to import everything but I'm not sure I like leaving it all behind. Hrm.

I imported everything here because I used LJ to track so much of my health stuff so I'm really glad that if I decide to just walk away, all I've lost are my icons and a few scrapbook pics.
