I took two naproxen sodium about two hours ago and it hasn't helped. Would it be harmful to try a couple ibuprofen at this point, on top of the two naproxen? Do you know?
Since they're different drugs I think you'd be okay to try ibuprofen. FYI Excedrin Migraine is 250mg acetaminophen, 250mg aspirin and 65mg caffeine, so Tylenol may be more effective than ibuprofen. That's the magic cocktail for me most days.
Oh, that's some very fine information. Thank you, I'll keep that in mind. I stopped taking acetaminophen when I was a heavier drinker and stopped buying ibuprofen when it started giving mckitterick such stomach troubles. Looks like maybe I need to keep at least a small bottle of each on hand.
When I say "test case": one of the quick and dirty trick used by some to diagnose migraines is the Advil/Caffeine mix; if that works it's time for a workup and "real" treatment options.
We are on the outer lip of the 18th typhoon to-date this year, and I'm feeling nausea and pain consistent with other air-pressure related headaches I've had. I've been told there's no such thing, but I call bull-pellets on that. Or bull-pies. I'm not sure how bull-poop comes out, but my fucking head hurts.

We've got some weird weather going on today. I'm fairly sure that's the cause. Hoping, anyway.
