Well, things absolutely get better after ANGST WEEK. It's just, well, SW keeps as many (if not more) secrets in Ghost Story as he does in canon and let's just say ZYL is Not Best Pleased when he discovers one of them. They get past it, but it's gonna be rough.

ZYL and SW definitely are together forever at the end of the story, though! More than that I don't really want to say here but I can email you a spoiler if you want.
