Giving my Tumblr followers a break from Guardian by putting up a bunch of due South today.

I've had very little brain for nearly a week, now. I didn't even have it in me to compile those links until this morning! I know I'm very very spoiled with the amount of writing I could (up until these past few days) crank out if I just focused, but lately it's a battle to get even a couple hundred words down at a time. I don't like it. It feels just like it did when I lost my essay-writing brain and y'all, if I've somehow lost/am losing my fic-writing brain I'm going to have such a massive sad.

On top of everything else, I re-tweaked my back on Sunday. Was feeling all good about myself for doing three of my twelve PT exercises (before noon even! go me!) and then I fucked it all up when I stood up from a squat after putting away the crockpot. So now I'm back on minimal movement for another five days (or more) and I just... 😫

Okay, gonna put on shoes and go for a walk around the block before I settle in for my fic-writing attempt for the day. Wish me luck, darlings.
