Girl's night out

Had an absolutely fabulous time out last night with roya_spirit and radcliffe. We danced our little bunnies off at the Sellout show at the Jazzhaus and although I'm exhausted and wheezy today, I'll definitely be going to more of those shows.

In addition to feeling like a total glam in one of radcliffe's corsets, I had the added pleasure and surprise to run into two former high school classmates. One I never would have recognized (wow he's changed!) and the other I didn't recognize due to the fact that he was one of the drummers for the band and was dressed in a full out red pimp zoot suit with wig and huge glasses. Sue me.

I'm still feeling a little headachey and tired (read: *old*), so I'm not gonna try to describe the show. If you're a local, just try to make it out to their next show. I'll be there.

Rand did the promo flyers that they post, aren't they comical?!
and wouldn't it be fun if showing up overdressed only encouraged more people to show up for the shows in costumery?

Ah! I simply don't understand why people *don't* dress up more for outings. On the other hand, it makes us folks who do that much more stunning, yes?

It's one of my biggest beefs about the Midwest.
But we'll not let it stop ourselves. And yes, you were quite the talk down at the Pink Kitty this week!
