We're halfway through Spring Break already?
Good:
My boots to replace the ones that broke are finally in and I'm wearing them today.
It stopped snowing early yesterday evening and nothing stuck to the ground.
Dance class last night went really well.
Bad:
I still haven't done my Kansas taxes.
My office is (still) freezing.
Allergies are bad today.
Ugly:
I'm up four pounds since Sunday. WTF?
My knees are spectacularly bruised from repeatedly practicing a floor pose last night.
I found a spider in the bathroom this morning.
I was tickled by how many people on my friends list had the same reaction as me to yesterday's weather. Entry after entry going What The?
And a milestone in class last night: I'm one of two front-pose dancers in a bharatnatyam inspired dance that we're doing for the summer show. We needed a floor pose, and we're doing one loosely based on Royal Pigeon Pose. We're not touching our feet to our heads, though, just wrapping the opposite arm back and grabbing the ankle. For those who've seen me dance, it's nearly identical to the pose I do with the sword on my head where I put one leg in front, bend my other leg back, and grab my foot. OK, anyway, moving on...we were playing with all these poses for the opening of the song and Karen (the other bendy girl) and I were doing stretches to stay warm while Cynthia worked with the other girls. And guess what? Without even trying, I managed to get full Bhujangasana and touched my feet to my head. Go, me.

btw--I have you beat ;)
That used to happen to me--about 5 - 10 lbs every 28 days. Water retention. Blech.
My unasked for opinion is a weight gain of 4lbs in three days should not be in the ugly category. Weigh yourself only once a week at the same time of day and track that weight over the long run. Weight can fluctuate day by day, so becoming concerned over frequent weight changes won't do you any good. Look at how your weight is every week or every month. That will give you a much better picture on whether you are maintaining a healty weight.

perhaps this?
I have not used it, but it seems to graph weight over time.

Re: perhaps this?
I could just use SPSS and product SARIMA models so I can make predictions. Maybe I'd spend way too much time being way too geeky that I'd forget to eat and lose more.

I love these boots. Very comfy. I broke in my first pair at Chess Match rehearsals. Not one blister. Wore them all over New Orleans, too.
