I could have done without that, thanks

One of my favorite things is hot, milky tea.

One of my least favorite things is taking the last sip of a mug of previously hot, milky tea, only to discover that sometime during the steeping process, the teabag broke and my mouth is now full of slighly tepid, milky tea with tea leaf bits floating in it.

Disgusting.

eww eww Eww! My favorite is blackberry sage milky tea... and I've got a whole canister just waiting to be consumed as soon as Liam pops out.... (been avoiding the black tea base - caffine) And oh how that can go oh so wrong when the bag breaks. Yukity Yuck.

Okay. I know this is unrelated, but I thought you would appreciate this link nonetheless. HORRIBLE!

that was a horrible tea-pun.

Which is better than a horrible tea-bun, tho'.

[identity profile] adammaker.livejournal.com 2005-11-09 12:30 pm (UTC)(link)
eww,

There is also that nasty moment when you realize that the dry tea has gotten damp, and been ruined by some sort of funk.

You're right. I gagged.

*shudder*

I admit, I couldn't even bring myself to read the whole thing.

This is a prime example of someone who deserves a fucking punch in the throat.

Oooo. Blackberry sage! If you remember, would you be so kind as to bring a bag of this for me to try next time we see each other?

You are welcome to steal it...I got it from an icon community I wandered in to one day...just credit [livejournal.com profile] whitecrow0 !

... the possibility of having our daughters, sisters and mothers fight on the front lines and work grueling jobs.

Or someone who just needs a trip to any innercity ghetto or Appalachian hollow. Methinks this crackerhead would not survive.

My last cup of coffee in the USA yesterday was at SFO, and was a not-bad cup of Kelly's. Unfortunately, as I enthusiastically swilled the last of the otherwise delicious cup contents, I was saddened (and somewhat shocked) to realize the air-pot had somehow delivered a load of grinds into my cup. How is that even possible?!
