Getting the hell outta Dodge

We're taking off tomorrow for the bright lights big city of Chicago. It's Fall Break here at KU and I desperately need to get away for a couple days. I've been in a pissy mood since, oh, Saturday night and I can't seem to shake it. Let's hope some fantastically illegal food and retail therapy can get my head back in place before the winter blues hit me.

Alack, alas, your restaurant wasn't open anymore (or at least it wasn't in the phone book). We wound up going to Addis Abeba in Wrigleyville, and it was absolutely fantastic. Yum!

It turns out that mail notification through LJ, normally a very timely method, was dead-ass slow on the day that I tried to use it to talk about the Air thing.
