Hot cha
I made these yesterday morning to take to work for breakfast. They came out tasting just like a cake donut. It was amazing. I had to force myself to stop eating after two. I think I could have had four. Or six. The only package-recipe (a recipe that comes on the back of a bag, can, or other packaging material) I've experienced this good is Nestle's Toll House Cookie recipe.
Donut Muffins
1 large egg
1/3 c oil
½ c milk
1 ½ c flour
½ c sugar (I use Splenda)
2 t baking powder
½ t salt
½ t nutmeg
Cinnamon sugar to sprinkle on tops (I use vanilla sugar)
Preheat oven to 400F. Grease muffin tin. Beat egg with fork. Add oil and milk. Beat together. In a separate bowl, sift dry ingredients together. Add to egg and milk mixture. Combine gently with a fork, stirring as little as possible. Distribute into muffin cups (I got ten muffins out of this recipe). Sprinkle with sugar mixture of choice. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from muffin tin to cooling rack.
Well, well, well, Jennifer Love Hewitt sure filled out nicely, didn't she? Holy cow. Hot-cha, baby. Hot fucking cha! She must have been eating some of these muffins...
Speaking of hot fucking cha (although she is much hot fucking cha-er),
slinka and her photog friend graciously decided to let the public purchase a couple of nun posters. I'm getting the "Holy Light" one. Right now CafePress has $5 flat shipping on any five items. If anyone else wants a print (or anything else) from CafePress, let me know and we can split shipping.
I'm hemorrhaging money right now, but there's so much stuff I can't pass up right now.
Last night I got
nottygypsy's new necklace done. OMG it's lovely! I'm really happy with it. Hope she is, too.
Tonight: bloomers.
Wednesday: yoga.
Thursday: a new bodice if I can't find my red chenille one, goddammit.
Friday: a continuation of Thursday if the red bodice continues to go missing.
