Ass
I feel like ass today. Ugh. And not in a good way.
Allergies are really hitting hard this morning. I've noticed I have a delayed reaction to allergens. Yesterday was a high day for ragweed and it's supposed to be better today. But this morning my sinuses are so swollen, I can feel the pressure in my inner ear--like I'm on an airplane. Usually it just manifests in a slightly motion-sick feeling. Ugh. My throat is scratchy and my eyes burn. I've got so much post-nasal drainage that it's starting to affect my digestive tract and I'm not even going to go into that with you all. Suffice to say: It. Sucks. Ass.
I had a lunch date with
thefox_rb (with whom I also share a slight psychic connection, apparently), but I'm glad we decided to postpone. I would've been horrible company.
My attempt to make myself feel better today backfired a bit. I put on a sassy little dress that was too small for me at the beginning of the summer. New dress, kinda short skirt, etc.--that'll make me feel pretty, right? Except it's a little to short for sitting on my ball. Um. Whoops. Maybe that wasn't the best wardrobe decision after all. Oh well. I look great when I'm standing up.

I cant believe how bad it got. I had to use q-tips to blow my nose during the weekend. I cant stand being in white face and not being able to do anything about it. Thank god I have a Doc Appt Tomorrow. Yea. Maybe he will give me something to at least clear my nose and crap.
I feel your pain.

Me - I've been whining about it since Monday! I'm more tired and sore than I've been ALL RUN, and of course, THIS is the missing week. Bah!
Let us know if we can cook you soup or bring you anything.

Yep, I've worn this dress to parties---fine! But the way my body balances on the ball does not allow for office-appropriate sitting in this skirt. I can't cross my legs on the ball!
Bah.

Ginger pills to help with that?
-=-
I'll bet you look fantastic, just too fantastic for working at Wescoe. (x100)

May I stop by to take a peek?

Trade you a look at the new dress for a ginger pill, yes.

Hell, your post is a lot more fun when you only read the naughty bits.

EVERYONE IS RIGHT

You were right, that dress does not go with that BALL.

For some reason the phrase 'sitting on my ball' makes me feel pain!

And I was tempted to do rounds about the English department today - might have been more so had I known about such a skirt. Though those allergies seriously need to leave you alone. My condolences and wellwishings. Remember your tea!

I think some people are more sensitive to the signals others send. And some people, although they don't pick up from many people, have a few folks who can come through loud and clear. I certainly don't discount the idea.
Yep, the dress was pretty smokin'. Alas, it is now officially packed away for winter.
Tea, yes! But first: COFFEE.
