Good news and bad news
The good news: Gonzales Resigns. Thanks to
everflame and
mckitterick for being the first two to bring me the news.
The bad news: Sunday morning I woke up with swollen, itchy eyes. My right eye was so gummy and swollen, I thought I might have pink eye. But no, both eyes were clear and white, but incredibly swollen and puffy. It's mostly gone now, but still noticeable.
I really hope I'm not allergic to Faire.
I'm going to start back on Claritin to see if that helps. I'll call my doctor today to ask if I can take the Claritin with Astelin since the Astelin helped with my nose issues.

is it the skin around the eye that is red? I had that it was a form of echama caused by our weird weather this year - try using a cortasin cream as an eye cream for a few days.

there is So Much Dust
the padded displays are disgustingly dusty but I am so not cleaning the pads until next week (it's supposed to rain in between, and maybe Saturday).
Fortunately my allergies seem to have settled down a lot, Anything that goes up my nose (Astelin, Nasonex) makes me sneeeze for at least an hour, plus an abundance of, urm, mucus.
I haven't even been taking my benedryl very often and I'm pretty much okay. This is good because the system copes with dust better if your nose can catch it rather than your lungs. Even with that, I'm coughing out a dirtball every morning. (plus blowing my nose and having dirtballs regularly, brings back my horse handling days...)
