The next time someone gives me a hard time about women going to the bathroom in packs, I'm citing this story.

I realized that I forgot to include myself on the "Shop Local" post. If you know anyone who'd like a knitting needle case, please let me know. I have plenty of stock at the moment. Straight cases with 17 slots (room for one of each size from 0 to 15) are $25. Circular needle cases have 15 slots, hold needles of various lengths and sizes, and are $35. The cases are made of durable upholstery fabric on the outside with a contrast cotton lining and tie.

One of our faculty members (firmly in the "awesome roxxor" category) gave me a Border's gift card for the holidays. Coupled with my $10.99 CD coupon, I made some fine purchases last night.

Indeed.

As I look back on this year, my only regret is not drinking more. Perhaps More Booze should be my resolution for 2008. Especially now that I think red wine is safe again!!!

I'm taking it slow at first, but I had a cup of mulled wine at cedarsong and everflame's last week and didn't puke. So, yay!
