I got my papers, thanks
Thanks to co-workers, I managed to get three (new!) newspapers for Daddy. Go, team English Department.
I had another minor stomach episode yesterday. It wasn't nearly as bad as it could have been, but it was still painful and uncomfortable. It wore me out enough that I was in bed by 8:30, asleep by 9:00 at the latest, and woke up this morning at 6:10. Wow. It's interesting how pain wears you out. I can't imagine living with fibromyalgia or a similarly painful chronic condition. Well, I guess I can imagine it, but oh my goodness. I have a few friends who live with daily pain and my heart goes out to them.
My sleepiness issues seem to be fading. *knock wood* I didn't set my alarm earlier than 7:00 for any day this week, and so far I've awakened before the beeper every morning. Today was the first day I had enough time to get on the Nordic Track, though. I'm going to continue not setting my alarm for earlier than 7:00 for the rest of the week, see what time I wake up on my own, and exercise if I have time. I feel so much better this week, even with skipping the morning gitcher-body-movin' time.
Speaking of, it's been quite a while since I managed to get off my ass to run the Wescoe stairs...

I bet if I ate as simply as she does, I would have minimal GI issues. But...steak...
