Really.

An email from amazon.com just now:

"We've noticed that customers who have purchased or rated Notorious by Duran Duran have also purchased Songs From The Sparkle Lounge by Def Leppard. For this reason, you might like to know that Songs From The Sparkle Lounge is now available."

So you're telling me that I'm not the only person who harbors a guilty affection for Duran Duran and Def Leppard? Of course, I own nearly all the Duran Duran albums on CD, but no Def Leppard.

The first cassette tape I ever purchased was Pyromania, but I haven't bothered to replace it with a CD. I think some things live better in memory than they do in reality.

To my credit, I don't really care for the songs that came out after Pyromania. Mostly because it all sounds the same, just not as interesting. =)

She was probably only interested in the contents of their tights. ;-)

My first rock concert was Def Leppard at the Sandstone Amplitheater when I was 12!!! I remember the first tape I got(the lady sitting in front of the mirror/skull thing!) and just enthralled with the music. I am not alone!
