Squat
This morning I moved to the Second Stage Flow in the FlowFit regimen. I performed all six movements, plus the squats in between, three times. That's it. Three times. I was doing the movements of the First Stage Flow fifteen times. My legs simply wouldn't support me for more than three sets this morning. I was wobbly doing my post-workout stretches. Pathetic. It's going to be a while before I'm ready for Third Stage. I'm once again running the Wescoe stairs several times a day as a way to rebuild my leg strength.
I'm also resuming lower-carb eating for the time being. No grains or high-sugar fruit, and I'm cutting back on the alcohol to one drink a day.
*sigh*
