This is a place marker for me so I can note my first day using the Up Day Down Day Diet plan. So far, all's fine. I'm a little hungry, but it's only bothering me because I don't want to be at work today and I'm feeling petulant.
If I was at home, working in my sewing room, I wouldn't notice I was hungry at all.
I'm amused by the fact that the abbreviation for Calorie Restriction is CR. Several people, when referring to me on LJ, use the initials CR. The folder of LJ icon images on my computer is called "CR." I've used the online handle of Chernobyl Red for twenty years now. Occasionally, when I'm breezing through LJ posts or articles, I'll see "CR" and for a moment I'll think "Are they talking about me?"
Why is my entire building shaking? Seriously. o_O

I am starting it too- started Saturday.
It is EASY so far- easier than fast 5 was to start. But then, I have body memory that fasting at intervals is fine for my body.
Milk in my morning tea, campbells chunky soup, or a small healthy snack for a meal and tada- done!
I wonder though- will it work? Only way to find out is to try! I am going to give it two weeks at least.

I'm limiting my foods (other than the milk and coffee) to raw fruits and vegetables on my Down Days. I'm going to use Down Days as a reason to eat nothing heavily processed. I imagine I'll be eating more moderately-processed foods now that I'm eating wheat again. I had some Wheatfields bread this weekend and it was so good, but I can tell my body doesn't really care to deal with it anymore. Going almost entirely raw-food every other day will be a nice compromise for my digestive system. =D
