Coffee drinkers: Tell me you don't want to go try some of these variants on coffee-brewing right now.
This morning I heard mutterings in the hallway about the possibility of English office staff positions getting cut. That's not good. At all.
Anyone else follow Dr. Boli's Celebrated Magazine? Sometimes it's great and sometimes I just sort of scratch my head at it. Locals (and
rorschachsix and
alt_rorschach) should check out this particular entry, at least.
I made it to yoga last night. It was blissful, if a little crowded with ten people there (including me). I was able to do a shoulder stand, no problem. Yay! Tried to do a headstand without my support device thingy. Not so yay.
Like always, my right shoulder popped out of joint and I collapsed onto my head. I was quick enough to roll out of it, so my neck is fine. I don't think an unassisted headstand is in my future. I love my flexible shoulders, and I'm not willing to trade that for stability. No matter how much stretching I do after a strength-training session, when those muscles reach a certain level of strength, I notice a decrease in range of motion. Ah, well. That's why I have this guy.
bestill has an open house coming up.
