Sustenance
Elimination diet, day one. Plain tuna and black coffee for breakfast. Lunch is plain chicken breast with a broccoli, mushroom and green beans vegetable mix. I'm uncertain that the green beans are kosher for this, but it's what I had available.
This Is Awesome. I'm already tired of eating. I suspect that soon I shall be tired of life.

I hope this helps before the Grand Day of Gluttony rolls around.

Er. Understanding?

As part of an elimination diet. I would think mushrooms might be allergenic and broccoli is just .. tough! LOL

I'm not doing this for allergies, though. I'm doing on the advice of the acupuncturist it in an attempt to starve the intestinal bacteria in my stomach (http://chernobylred.livejournal.com/579223.html).
No sugar
No dairy
No wheat
No fruit (like grapes, apples, bananas, etc. "Vegetable" fruits are okay)

Die, bastards die!!!!
Man I couldn't resist the garlicky creamy goodness on Saturday of Alfredo, but of course, I'm paying for it. I hope I can blow away the bloat in two weeks, LOL. I'm going to have to put myself on strict "no cafe eating" until then.
I think the "no dairy" would just drive me insane. Of course, that's probably one of my problem foods, I'm just in severe denial.
