bestill gifted me with a shortbread mold yesterday, so last night I made shortbread for the first time ever! Or so I thought. Turns out shortbread is the crust of the lemon bars I've been making forever and ever. Just with a tad more powdered sugar. And a fancy stoneware mold. Thank you for the beautiful mold, hon!
