That stinks about your trainer. My eye doc says she's been seeing a trainer through Maximus, a youngster who's doing pretty good with her. Judging from the way she looks these days, I'd say so. I told her she looks younger every time I come in, and she laughed and said "let me schedule you again for tomorrow".
And hey I'm for any increased protein, it makes my coat soft and shiny. :) (but wait, the control group got increased fats and carb, I mean it wasn't just protein added with one group, and nothing added with the control).
