Hives. Hives on the backs of my hands. Hives?

WTF.

I can't imagine what food might have caused this. I can only assume (and hope) they popped up from stress.

Luckily, I don't have many environmental allergies short of poison ivy. I don't know how I was spared that, but I'm grateful.

I know I break out in hives from mental/emotional stress. It's just been a really long time since it happened.
