Oh, when I looked at the web page and saw the instructions about rehydrating the onions, my eyes just glazed over. It sounded curiously like a process to me, and I am not big on processes. I am learning slowly, but I have a lot of ground to cover. I haven't done anything resembling real cooking until fairly recently.
