I don't fuck up at my job very often, but on the rare occasions that I do, boy howdy.

I feel terrible. And no, I don't want to talk about it.

Update: I just found out that the error wasn't an error, and it wasn't my fault. It was just delayed communication. Well, one aspect of the situation was my fault, but its movement was contingent on the much larger portion of the issue and would have been moot anyway, now that I've learned the actual result of the Big Giant Thing that I thought I screwed up.

So.

I'm not incompetent.
