That should have helped more than it did
Well, shit. My neck/back is still fucked up today.
It felt so much better immediately after I left Dr. Adams's office, but by 8pm I was getting twinges again. And when I looked down, I would get a shooting pain that caused me to yelp (yes, aloud). I sat in our massage chair thing for twenty minutes, then rubbed it down with Biofreeze (thank god for flexible shoulders). Before bed, I took four ibuprofen and rubbed it down with Tiger Balm.
Still not feeling good this morning. =(
Lack of air conditioning or no, I think I'm going to take the Saab to KC today. I don't wanna deal with having to shift while driving. Maybe the heat will help loosen things up.
This is the first time that one of Dr. Adams's adjustments hasn't fixed my problem right away. Bummer.
On the plus side, I got nearly ten hours of sleep last night!
