I was taking krill oil to up my Omega 3, but then when I found out I wasn't digesting fats well, I stopped taking them since it was recommended to me that doing so was (literally) just flushing the pills down the toilet. I try to minimize my Omega 6 intake, and do my best to get the 3s from food.
Now that I've tweaked my digestive stuff a bit, though, I might return to taking fish oil again. Thank you for the reminder!
