UGH. Weird pain in my right shoulder kept me up a lot of the night. Also, I was starving. I gave up on sleeping more and got out of bed at 5:10. Did some mobility work on my back and shoulder, then curled up on the couch with pillows supporting me (it hurts to lie flat) and slept until 7:00.

Annoying.

And still hungry.
