Not only do I have a lot on my plate, I have a lot of plates

We're losing one of our secretaries in the department and I'm taking on a lot of her responsibilities starting now. I was already behind on a big project for which we were supposed to hire a graduate student, but something got fucked up with HR/payroll and now we can't hire her in time to get this stuff done, so I'm taking on those responsibilities as well. Cory Doctorow is supposed to be in town on Thursday and I'm helping [livejournal.com profile] mckitterick with that stuff, too.

Put all that in a pile with the stuff I didn't get done because campus was closed Thursday and Friday and I'm Just A Little Swamped.
