That magical animal
Locals: I have my half-hog from Parker Farms and there are some cured hams and ham steaks that I'd like to trade (pound for pound) for either 100% grass-fed pastured beef, organic chicken, or venison--any cut. I'm not picky as long as it's pastured, organic, or wild. I just don't eat cured meats. If you can't trade, I'm also willing to sell the hams for $2.50/lb. Any takers?
