Down for the count with menstrual cramps again. I was up most of the night--unable to sleep through the pain--and I can't even sit up straight today. I think my body has decided that remaining upright and ambulatory every-other-period is good enough. Damn it.

I'm spending the day on the couch with a heating pad.
