Hm. Well, my coatings are pretty light. The pan looks almost dry by the time I'm done wiping it out. I'll just cross my fingers and hope for the best.
Honestly, if this doesn't work, I'll give up on cooking in cast iron. I've never had one season properly and everything sticks. It's annoying and unappealing and I'd rather just stick with cooking in ceramic than give this yet another go.
