Because you know what? Fuck that. As I noted in my Tumblr post:
I understand the point he's trying to make, but I just REALLY FUCKING ENJOY whenever I’m doing something I like. Sure, parthenogenesis is pretty amazing, but so is this television show I’m watching, or this food I’m eating, or this wine I’m drinking. It’s all awesome and fuck anyone who tells me I should enjoy something less, or describe my enjoyment in less enthusiastic terms, just because something better might come along later.
