Done
I hate it when I can't tell if someone's being passive aggressive or if they really are just that stupid. I'm all "Okay, should I be really fucking pissed at you, or just mildly pissed with a side dish of disgusted?"
In any case:
My right hamstring is still stiff and sore from the fall two weeks ago. It's up really high--right where the hamstring meets the glutes. In fact, now that I look at an image of the muscles back there, I think it might be my quadratus femoris.
Speaking of things being stiff and sore, I'll be pleased when the other secretary is back next week. This not taking a walk every hour is taking a toll on my hips in general. My left piriformis muscle is starting to ache something fierce, and hourly squats in my office aren't helping enough. I need to get up and move around--which I can't do seeing as I'm the only person in the office and pretty much tied down here.

So. Um. Is it the weekend yet?
