I found my limit
Note to self: This is more than you can do in one day:
Have an hour-long training session.
Go to an outdoor car show in 90-degree temperatures and insanely high humidity.
Make a shopping trip to Costco.

mckitterick during a stressful, four-hour long installment of an new RO filter.
Combine with a poor night's sleep thanks to my shoulder still being tender and uncomfortable to lie on.
I am dragging today. Sweet jeebus I just want to go home to bed.
