It's not necessarily the eight hours, it's when I get the eight hours
Just a note to self here.
I'm having a fatigue flare-up today--absolutely exhausted. I'm pretty sure I can chalk it up to three late nights in a row. Totally my own fault/choice. Stupid. I can't stay up past 11pm three nights in a row. Even two nights is irresponsible. And I'm paying for it today. I even had a grad student ask me if I was feeling okay.
So. Fucking. Tired.
