Yesterday's session with Andrew went well. I was worn out but not fatigued when I was done. Yes, there's a difference, and when you have Chronic Fatigue, it's important to tell them apart. What was exciting though, was that ten minutes into the session, I completely forgot that I was on my period. The cramps were just gone. I didn't even remember until I was halfway home, when I started to get little twinges again. AMAZING. And WONDERFUL.
