Crypticon starts today

I managed to sleep in until 8:00 this morning (which is good because I was awake from about 2:30 to 3:45 or so), but that means I'm running a bit behind in my last-minute prep for Crypticon. I'm due to arrive at the hotel in six hours. Time to get moving.
