Wednesday Update

I was up for most of the wee hours this morning with one of the worst migraines I've ever suffered. Still feeling very fragile.

Of course I have a date to hang out tonight with the BFFs I only get to see a few times a year. *would weep except that would exacerbate the headache*

Not sure how much time I'll be able to spend in front of screens today. Right now I can't even stand up straight. I'm hobbling around the house hunched over like a osteoporosis-stricken babushka. Ugh.

Oh, hell...

Are caffeine and Advil "out" for you? (Used here as a diagnostic as much as a treatment.)

I'm drinking some caffeine tea now. NSAIDs don't help. I (of course) don't get "standard" (whatever that means) migraines. I get sigraines that are focused in my sinuses--usually the right side. Right now it feels like it's trying to push its way out of my head through my eye, nose, top teeth, and ear.

They don't usually hurt so bad that I feel like I'm gonna throw up, but this time I spent about two hours on the bathroom floor...

Thank you. I am usually a hiss-and-leave-me-alone cat when I feel bad but last night I had to ask my dude to help me. It was rough.

I do, finally. Thank you. Wednesday was rough, yesterday was better, and today I'm just tired.
