Can I say how good it was to wake up in my own bed this morning? Actually, no, I don't think I can. It was too good for words.

Saw a tweet by someone wanting a book that presents "the pov of the hero and the villain, except since both of them believe they are doing the right thing there is no way to know who actually is the hero and who is the villain, so it is up to the readers to interpret who is who" and V.C. Schwab posted this response and if anyone wants a hardback copy of their brilliant Vicious, let me know because while I loved it (like, really really loved it), the chances of me re-reading are slim to none. Continental U.S. locations only, please.

With all the shit going on in the world rn there is no room for shaming my id so I'm gonna be upfront about the fact that I made responding kissy faces at Zhu Yilong for about fifteen loops of this gif and I don't even care who knows.

I've been listening to my Ghost Story playlist a lot, even though I haven't opened the document in three weeks and I've got a solid Canadian Shack playlist already. I should maybe rename those to the actual fic names, but I kinda like the keeping them as their working titles. Anyway, Ghost Story playlist. I like it and listening to it makes me feel close and safe to the characters I wrote in that except Ye Zun because fuck Ye Zun* XD. I hope others like them even half as much as I do. Trying to decide if I will take a page from no_detective 's book and post them when the contents won't spoil anything, or if I'll post it when the first chapter goes up and let people who don't care about spoilers listen as they read.

* Yes, there are some Ye Zun-related songs, as well as one Zhu Hong-related song. Never did find one appropriate to Da Qing. Sorry, Da Qing!

I'm usually not into people/celebrities making kissy faces at me/the camera, but as usual all my principles vanish into oblivion when confronted with Zhu Yilong. It's not like I actually find it tempting, it's just that...he makes it look so genuine? Even if the disarming sweetness that's his default public persona is all just an act, I don't care, cos I buy it.

AHaha yeah. I think it was during some kind of live stream with the both of them together. And at the end, Bai Yu was the instigator of the kissy face to fans! XD

He was all like, let's send a kissy face to the fans, and ZYL was like, YOU DO IT FIRST. And after Bai Yu's, ZYL shyly glanced at him, and then sent his own kissy face and then shyly looked back again at him and EEEE IT WAS SO CUTE I DIE! *_____*

As with most things these days I listened to the audiobook. I've never been one to love first person POV epistolary narratives but this one, at least the spoken word version of it, was quite good.
