Aaah, I am so sad about his shorn hair! I really hope that new show is good though - I mean forty episodes with Zhu Yilong, YES PLEASE, but I suppose we'll have to wait and see. But I really hope he grows his hair back out again soon after. (Also, wow, does he work a lot, it feels like he's always shooting something...)

Smoking is very much not my kink -- both my parents did it (heavily) so it never developed any kind of sexy, rebellious allure for me; it was just...what grown-ups did -- but I can still enjoy it in media and fan art. I am so touched that they still think of Guardian as an important fandom. ZYL's studio still does things specifically for the Guardian fans, which is something I never expected.

I actually like the short hair. Spiky and cute and impossibly makes him look another ten years younger, and short spiky hair is just such a joy when you card your fingers through it.
