Fanart: Kunlun and Prof. Shen. I don't even ship this (Shen Wei/Ye Zun) but damn. Chibi paper dolls. So graceful!
"This is the first scene you're shooting together, don't make it too gay" *BY looks into camera like he's on The Office*
Zhu Yilong being ethereally beautiful, nbd.
Luo Fei continues to be peak Bai Yu for me.

Good for your parents, kid.
A couple people expressed amusement at my considering this hair "short " which--understandable! I really did have Actually Short Hair once upon a time (pic from December, 2004).
Ugh, Co-Star Astrology needs to quit coming for me, already (Aquarius).
Going back through old Tumbr posts I was reminded in a better universe, we got a Callum Keith Rennie as John Constantine. I mean come on.
In Duolingo, does anyone else try answers just to see if the system will accept them? Like "server" instead of "waiter?" I'm sure I miss a lot of my points doing that. Also, I sometimes test to see if it will accept a verb conjugation it hasn't shown, yet. I'm annoyed that questions in English occasionally use gerunds (action in motion, like "eating" instead of "eat") but when I use that conjugation it tells me it's not accurate. Also, "carro" is apparently acceptable for "car" now? When I was learning Spanish the first time (in the 80s), we were taught that "carro" was a false cognate and only meant a cart or carriage thing. We used "coche" or "auto" but Duolingo uses "carro" pretty much exclusively. Ah, language learning!

Hee! Too true. And my eye keeps getting drawn to Zhu Yilongs slight smirk ...
(Sorry I can't help with the error - I've never used the Rich Text editor.)

The error happens as soon as the post window comes up. I take it that's not happening for you?

the kunlun/prof shen art is exquisite!
CKR as Constantine *breathy sigh* yes
Duolingo will not let me use contractions for Hindi-to-English. When I was doing the Spanish course I could turn: Ella no esta aqui. into She isn't here. But in Hindi it makes me turn: वह यहां नहीं है। into She is not here. It's weird.

Argh that contractions thing is annoying! Especially when it works for different languages.

That short hair looked good!
Yes, all the time. Often to see if it takes short forms: I might be given 'My mother is looking for her cell phone' and I try 'My mom is looking for her phone'. Or contractions. Or... well, anything else really that sounds better to me than the version I was first offered. I'm quite surprised how often it accepts it.

Love how many of us care more about let's see if this works than how many points can I score.

I agree about Luo Fei. It really brings out everything good in him.

Yeah, seriously re: Luo Fei. I love that hair on him, and those old fashioned clothes do fantastic things for his frame.
