You look gorgeous, as always! You seem to have that thai/indonesian hand thing that I do... when my hands are at rest, the tips of my fingers sort of curl upward. I have to work to make my hand go perfectly straight. When I do hand motions like you are in the photo, my fingers bend waaaay back with that cool curl. =)

It's henna (http://www.mehandi.com/). A very basic application, but effective for this environment since I knew the color would carry to the back rows of the audience. Plus, I had to apply it myself. =)

I have done custom costumes in the past, yes, and would be happy to talk with you about pricing. Be aware, though, costumes are expensive. That's why I make all of mine. =)

Oh, that was probably Claudia Black (http://www.thespiannet.com/actresses/B/black_claudia/cb.jpg). The resemblence is uncanny, isn't it? I was actually going to go as the character she played on Farscape for Halloween, but didn't have the time to pull the costume together this year.
