Right? It's just RUDE.

But! it also made me realize I need to add in more references to a major theme of the story. In retrospect, I can see how a certain Revelation that was just brought to light in the text might not be real obvious to someone other than The Author. It's there, it's just... maybe not as noticeable as I want because I don't want this Revelation to come out of the blue for the reader so much as the character. Another addition to my Fix It In Post list!

I love those, honestly. They make revising so much more interesting.

Oh that world-building thread is very neat; also brought to mind some of the conversations happening over at trobadora's place a day or two ago about translation, getting character voices right in fic for non-English-language canons, etc. Lots to mull over.

It was also very kind of Zhu Yilong to show up spitting blood when I was otherwise having a rotten day (improved since for various reasons); his usual thoughtfulness. At least based on the trailer, this is going to be the iddiest thing we ever saw.

Hope your sex scene and/or conversation goes/has gone well! Either one sounds like fun.

That Fairyland still image gives a very good view of his stomach, which reminded me that we talked about whether he'd gained weight. Indeed here it is clearly visible that he does not look as thin as before, but still very thin. (But I wouldn't say 'too thin', which I guess is an improvement.)

Xin Peng is very pretty in these shots.

I'm very much a fan of skinny boys, but skinny like Bai Yu is skinny. When Zhu Yilong loses weight, he just looks ill and makes me worry for him a lot.
