I felt energetic enough to art a bit with the portrait this morning, and discovered my detail brush got squashed in the move. Oops! I tried to power through with the bent bristles but ughhhhh being extra careful was taking forever and looked not great, so I ran to Michael's for a new one. I bought four, just in case: 00, 0, 1, and 2. Such cute, tiny things! Came back and got another hour's worth of work in. I'm taking a lunch break now, but I'm pretty tired and not sure I'll be able to get back to it. Maybe this evening? I am not feeling good about my chances of finishing this by the April 11 deadline. 😩
Tomorrow is the third Zoom tarot class and I'm two weeks behind in studying--three weeks behind in my Major Arcana pathwork stuff. sigh Hate it, but not much I can do when nothing sticks to my brain. Gonna see if I can manage some fic-reading while I make my way through lunch.

saaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaame. I've gotten used to him without it (STUPID GILLETTE SPONSORSHIP) but I vastly prefer the way he looks with.
Yeah, a friend of mine bought me an online tarot class! Every week there's either a recorded lecture or a group practice session. It was going really well the first couple weeks but then LIFE and now I'm so behind. I felt bad for the woman I did a reading for today but she seemed pleased with it (the cards were unnervingly accurate for the situation which helped).
Thank you! I got a wee bit of art done today in addition to the class, so I'm feeling pretty good about things. I really should go to bed, but I hate going to sleep on days I'm not a coiled mess of anxiety.
