That mouth tho. Just lie back. 2018 Z1L interview with Vogue subbed. (he's gotten so much better at interviews)
Fanart: Step aside, sweetie. Weasel/Hammie (more).

goss 's post of information and resources of what's happening in India.
(Beauty in the grotesque warning) I'm in love with this person's art. If/when this image ever comes up available as a print, I'm there.
Good news in the ticket saga--I called the municipal court this morning and when they pulled my citation number the woman said what I have is just a warning. I'm not responsible for paying anything nor will anything go on my record. "But it says here at the bottom I owe $180!" I said. "Oh, that's just what you would be responsible for if it wasn't a warning," she reassured me.
Which...awesome for me but how fucked up is that? There's even a spot at the bottom for my signature that says "this is not an admission of guilt" with an address where to remit payment. How many people just pay these things without questioning them? What a shitty, opaque, and intentionally misleading process. Ugh. UGH.
So now that source of anxiety is removed, but I still feel the residue of it in my body. Gonna take a short walk to the end of the block and back, see if I can move some of it out of my body. This afternoon is my second jab, so I can't afford to stress my body any more than absolutely necessary--can't afford to start that process already at a deficit.
Yesterday I cleared my studio work surface from the residue left from Fu Meng Po's portrait. I found the Guardian postcards I'd half-finished but now I hate them. The colors look all muddy, nothing exciting is happening with texture, and they're just not doing much for me. I couldn't find the list of intended recipients, and only one of them had already been addressed, so I'm tempted to just chuck them. Bleh. I guess let me know if you'd like one? Otherwise they're going in the trash.
Once I recover from the vaccine after effects, I'm putting the hunt for a job at the top of my priorities. I want to find employment where I can help people by telling them what to do. How do I break into this no doubt lucrative and personally fulfilling market without becoming a politician?

And it's stacked against people not fluent in English who are the least likely to notice/be able to contest and less likely to be able to afford... :(
Also stacked against certain types of Disability/neurodiversity/mental illness also less able to notice/contest/be able to afford...
& in the US also stacked against undocumented people who are certainly not going to feel able to contest...

Officially my department is under the "Student Affairs" banner, and we've been on a hiring freeze since lockdown started last March, despite desperately needing staff. *sigh* Good luck with the job search! If there is anything I can do??? Let me know!!! ♥

Good luck with your 2nd shot! I got mine on Friday -- definitely worse than the first but not too much worse for me fortunately. Definitely very happy to Have Antibodies

I am always happy to receive mail that isn't ads, so if you still have postcards to send off instead of trashing, I would be happy to take one off your hands!

What the FUCK. >.< That's awful. (Other than the "thank goodness you don't actually owe money or have to contest it" part.)
