Nice Things So Far Today: New coffee mug (poor design, though, doesn't really keep liquids warm); Gold tin with lacy cookies; box of chocolates from Annedore's. Oh, yes, and this fucking awesome trailer for Sin City.

I have a major case of (as writewench says) The Fuckitts. I don't feel like doing a damn thing here at work. I want to be home sewing. Or getting those eBay auctions up. Or baking. Something for me, dammit. Maybe I'll take next Friday off...Hm. Two three-day weekends in a row, followed by a weeklong vacation. That sounds kinda nice.

My apologies for being dreadfully boring lately. Happy = dull, I'm afraid.

At Annedore's you may encounter my former colleague, a very friendly lady named Kim. Kim and I worked together in the Representative Payee program when I was an intern here four years ago, and she's got a heart of gold. She has also been subject to the Vodka Watermelon that I can sometimes make. Say hi to her for me if you run into her, would you?
