That's how much mail was piled on my desk when I came in this morning. On my keyboard. About to topple over. Haven't people ever heard of something called an Inbox? It's right there next to my monitor, people. I don't keep a letter-sized wire metal tray on my desk for decorative purposes. I guess that's what I get for having the audacity to call in sick yesterday.

Lots of congestion and sinus pressure today, but at least my throat isn't killing me and my voice is somewhat stable.

Yes, I measured the pile of mail. What. Seriously, what?

I realize this isn't terribly likely, but it's worth asking: If anyone has a nice, small-to-medium size chest freezer they'd like to sell to me for cheap, please let me know. I need one by Monday and I've hemorrhaged an assload of money this month already. Oh, almost forgot, this evening I get to go buy a troupe costume for Raghsidad. The hits just keep on coming, I tell you.

Yuck, I missed work on Thursday and Friday for the exact same thing. There wasn't a lot I could take for the sinuses either, so I had to suffer the pain until my mother told me to stick my head over a pot of boiling salt water.
