Gonna throw out this Instagram reel from 1991 interviewing country music legends that a friend of mine shared on Insta today. *cues up vintage women of country playlist on Spotify*
Instead of getting lingering online this morning I worked on some more journals. I do them assembly line so I've got four open books on my table at a time. This saves me from having to choose color schemes every page of every book. I just repeat whatever I did on the previous one. Cuts down on time and the number of baby wipes I go through. When I have all the inside pages covered of one book (obviously they all have a different number of pages) I put the others aside and do the cover and endpages of the one with the filled pages. That part is nerve-wracking, but working on the interior pages is almost meditative (I can't get fully into a flow state bc I gotta keep part of my brain alert to fatigue levels).
Thank you to those who've expressed enthusiasm for these. It's hard for me to maintain my excitement when I have few resources for feedback and your encouragement really helps. 😚
