Had another hours-long stomach cramping episode last night. Broccoli is apparently off the menu for the rest of my life. God that was misery. The first time I had a stomach cramping episode (back in like 2009 or something) I honestly considered going to the hospital because the cramps were so bad. I have a really high pain tolerance and these are "can't stand up or even talk" levels of pain. Now I just go "well shit here we go again" and ready myself for six to eight hours of absolute misery.

On the plus side I don't think I've had one of those for over a year? If I have I failed to mention or tag it here.

I have two calls scheduled today (one zoom one phone) and I'm really hoping I have the wherewithal to engage with them. I've been awake for three hours and I'm still just a shambling mess who can't stand up straight.

I'm tired. I'm so fucking tired.
