Llewellyn (ugh I have so little respect for the company but whatever) is running a 35% off sale through 11/28 and I'm incredibly tempted to pony up for this reprint of the original 1909 RWS deck and this book by Rachel Pollack. The combo would even be enough to qualify me for free shipping. It also amounts to more than I spend a week on groceries (by a lot). *wibble*

I've got a couple days to ponder, I guess.

Hmm is there a way to get that tarot deck anywhere else? I don‘t know the company or its alternatives, unfortunately.

I see it available on The Evil Empire but I don't like to accept gifts from them. Also I don't know if any other publishers have the same back of the card (which I'm ridiculously picky about).

Also I don't have, like, moral/ethical problems with Llewellyn. No more than I do any large company anyway. They were big on the 90s New Age bandwagon and there's just a whole lot of baggage they've not shed since then. Some of their publications are great and some are Very Much Not.
