Replying in email

Does anyone else use the email function to reply to LJ comments? I haven't been able to reply to comments via email since last week. I keep getting an error that says "Journal Not Found." However, when I click the "reply at website" option, it puts me right though. Weird. Just curious if this is a system issue or a personal problem.

Yeah, neither of those are my problem. And it worked fine last week. Weird. I'll file a help request. Didn't even know that was an option!

I had the same problem last night... "Journal Not Found".

Of course, since my own journal is in "Read Only" mode 90% of the time, that's the least of my problems.

I've responded via email several times. Sometimes it works just fine; sometimes I get the 'Read-Only' function message, at which I log on and try again, and it usually goes through. I've gotten to the point of just chalking it up to the weirdly varying functionability to the LJ site.

It's not a button...it's an option you get when you have LJ set up to email you comments. It's in the actual email, not on LJ.

No, it's not personal, it's happening to me to. I noticed the difference when I switched my LJ account email preference to go to my gmail as opposed to Yahoo!
